Kylee R. Dickinson

Kylee works in the firm’s civil litigation practice. She is skilled in many areas of prelitigation, including the CCRD and EEOC charge process, and is a talented writer and organizer. She holds a Master’s in International Security from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts from Pacific Lutheran University, where she completed a double major in Political Science and International Affairs, with minors in Economics and French. Jennifer S. HazHEer

Jennifer is a highly experienced paralegal who supports attorneys and clients in complex family law matters, including high-asset divorces and high-conflict parental responsibilities cases. Her work frequently involves cases with intricate financial issues, business interests, and trusts, and contested parenting time and decision-making issues.

Known for her strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, Jennifer brings structure and clarity to complex cases while maintaining a compassionate approach.

Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer worked for a highly respected Denver family law attorney before the attorney transitioned her practice to mediation and arbitration. Since 2008, Jennifer has managed the DivorceLaw Listserv, a Colorado subscription service for family law attorneys to exchange information and discuss developments in the law. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from Stockton University in New Jersey, and was on the NCAA women’s college softball team.

Hannah M. Jumonville
Associate Attorney

Hannah practices family law. Originally from Louisiana, Hannah graduated from Tulane University and received her law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She is known for her meticulous financial review, strong writing, and ability to navigate both amicable resolutions and high-conflict litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Hannah managed a full caseload handling Temporary Orders, Permanent Orders, Adoptions, Restrictions, Child Support, Contempt Hearings, and Protection Orders in various Colorado courts.

Hannah prioritizes empathy and connection with every client. She works to understand each person’s story so she can build a tailored legal strategy.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys reading fantasy novels, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

Darin j. Smith
Senior Attorney

Darin brings major in-house and national law firm experience to the firm. He was previously Senior Employment Counsel at Vail Resorts and Associate General Counsel for Labor and Employment at SSP America, where he advised on sophisticated employment, labor, workplace investigation, and wage-and-hour matters across the United States and internationally. Earlier in his career, Darin practiced at Squire Patton Boggs and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. Darin’s experience gives him a practical understanding of how employment disputes arise inside complex organizations, how sophisticated employers evaluate risk, and how workplace issues become litigation.

Darin received his J.D. from the University of Denver, where he was on the National Trial Team, a Staff Editor for the DU Law Review, and a Senior Editor for the DU Water Law Review. Darin received his B.A. from New York University.

 

Jennifer V. Tuttle
Associate Attorney

Jennifer practices appeals, employment, civil rights, and general civil litigation. She brings a highly analytical approach to legal writing and has argued cases before the Colorado Court of Appeals. Known for her precision and intellectual rigor, Jennifer combines technical legal skill with a client-centered approach. She prioritizes clear communication and works closely with clients to ensure they understand both the legal process and the strategic decisions affecting their cases.

Jennifer earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. During law school, she interned at the U.S. Equal Opportunity Commission and the Complex Crimes Unit of the Colorado State Public Defender. She earned her B.S. in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University.
